Payment for Rental and Deposit:
Payment for rental and the deposit is made via credit or debit card.

• For rentals up to 14 days: A pre-authorization of the rental and deposit amount is placed on the credit card. This means the funds remain in the client's account but are blocked for the duration of the rental. After the rental period, the client completes the payment with the card, and the deposit pre-authorization is canceled.
• For rentals over 14 days: The rental amount and deposit must be paid in full before the rental begins.

The deposit amount varies depending on the vehicle category.

 

Required Documents:

• You must present an ID card or passport, as well as a valid driver's license held for at least one year. The minimum driver age is 20 years.
• For company rentals where someone other than the company executive signs the contract and collects the vehicle, authorization from the executive is required.

 

Rental Price Includes:

• Compulsory liability insurance
• Collision damage waiver (CDW) with a 5% deductible, minimum €330
• Slovak highway vignette
• Seasonal tires
• Road tax

 

Rental Price Calculation and Fees:

• The daily rate covers a 24-hour period. Exceeding the agreed rental period incurs an additional daily rate.
• Weekend rentals start on Friday after 15:00 and end on Monday by 9:00, covering three days. Vehicles must be returned to the branch where they were rented. The weekend rate includes a 600 km limit.
• Additional charges may apply according to the current price list.

 

Responsibilities:
The customer is responsible for all operational fees during the rental period, including traffic fines, parking fees, and tolls outside Slovakia.

 

Opening Hours:

Monday – Friday from 08:00 to 16:30. Rentals outside these hours incur an additional charge according to the price list.
